Background
Doc-It® is the only electric hose storage docking station available for central vacuum systems. Doc-It® is made by Cana-Vac Systems, Inc. in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada and was introduced in 2011.
Products
The Doc-It® system consists of three components: installation kit, finish kit and accessory kit. The installation kit includes a rough-in housing installed in the wall and other hardware. It is helpful if this kit is installed during construction. The finish kit includes the retractor mechanism, hose, cover and other hardware. It is installed in the late stage of construction when the walls are complete. The hose is available in 45' and 55' lengths. The accessory kit includes the electric powerhead, wands, attachments and tool bag. The kits are available with two powerheads, the German made LS-Ultra Series and the Italian made XLS-Pro Series.
